Summer 2020 Update:
Due to the coronavirus we realize families may have questions about summer camp and we want to keep you informed. Currently our staff and camp board are planning for our summer camping season as scheduled. Our early bird discount has been extended until May 1st. We are closely monitoring the situation and will follow directives given by our government and public health authorities. The safety of our campers, families, and staff is our main priority. Registration fees will be refunded if camp has to be cancelled. If you have a specific question about your camper’s registration, please contact us. We will keep you updated through email, our website, and social media. We trust in God and will be keeping your families, medical professionals, our nation and world in our prayers!
Registration for Cedarbrook Camp™ of Ohio is open to all campers who have completed second grade through 18 years of age. (*Week 1 only: registration is also open to girls going into grades 1-2.)
The camp week begins on Sunday with registration from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and winds up on Saturday at 9:00 AM with flag raising and continental breakfast. (Please have your child picked up by 10:00 AM.)
There will be no provision for stay-over campers. Please make weekend arrangements if your child will be staying longer than one week.
Important: Registration for Cedarbrook Camp of Ohio is now Online Only! There’s no need to mail anything in to the registrar!
CCO is using an online registration system which should make registrations for returning campers much simpler. Your paperwork and forms will be filled out online and saved under your profile in our new system so that all you have to do is make any necessary changes from year to year. This system will be used for Summer Camp—including Voyager Camp—and also for Spring into Cedarbrook.
If you already have an account from last year, you should be well on your way to mastering the process.
If you’re new to Cedarbrook, to begin you’ll need to click on the UltraCamp link below and create an account, then you’ll have to “Make a Reservation” to begin the registration process. Hopefully, the system will take you from A to Z with all you need to do and to fill out. However, since it’s new, there might be a few bugs. So please be patient. If you have questions, please contact the Registrar (info located above).
Cost (Girls’ Camp and Boys’ Camp): $280
Early Bird Discount: $20 off Camp Fee
(If the registration and $100 deposit is submitted online by March 31st.)
We must receive the non-refundable registration deposit in order for your spot to be held.
Paper registrations will no longer be accepted; telephone registrations are not accepted.

There are a limited number of need-based scholarships available for those needing financial assistance. Contact the Registrar for an application. Scholarship deadline is May 1st
